Big hotel with a nice pool and an exceptionally nice location in restaurant very polite-perfect organization. Location just off the SPA center, the main pedestrian streets of Velingrad and different areas of the spa. A wide range of food options around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

the room was kinda outdated with a weird smell but the spa was super clean with awesome steam saunas and hot pools. loved the relaxing roman bath experience and the gorgeous breakfast spread they served every morning.

I soaked in the massive indoor pool, surrounded by a luxurious spa zone that was like a plush sanctuary. The breakfast? Pure delight with a live cooking station for made-to-order pancakes and a delectable spread for every craving imaginable. Plus, their special homemade banitsa was a cultural treat that I can't stop raving about!

The spa was def my highlight! It opens early and closes late, awesome. Tried the Bali massage and it was just very nice. The staff were super friendly and helped me with everything I needed. Just wish the rooms were fresher. Mine felt a bit outdated and not super clean. The food in the restaurant was delish too!
